Created in 1989, the Chemical Corps Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Regiment offers. This prestigious award honors those who are judged to have made a legacy of landmark contributions and provided throughout their career and life, or performed the most significant of actions contributing to the overall history and traditions of the Chemical Corps and the defense of the Nation. Open to all individuals who have devoted a lifetime of service to the Chemical Corps mission. This includes active Federal service as well as continuing service following retirement. Order of the Dragon
The CCRA gives these awards to recognize "Dragon Soldiers” (and their spouses) who have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity and moral character, an outstanding degree of professional competence, and have contributed to the promotion of the Chemical Corps in numerous ways over the course of their career. The Order of the Dragon (OOD) Program consists of three Awards. These awards are the Ancient Order, the Honorable Order, and the Carol Ann Watson Spouse Award.

MG William L. Sibert Award

The MG Sibert Award gives recognition to the best chemical company in the Active Army, United Sates Army Reserve and the Army National Guard. The categories of competition are numbered TO&E chemical companies in the Active Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard.

- CSM George Murray Leadership Award (Soldier/NCO of the Year)
Created in 2004 to recognize one Soldier and one Non-commissioned Officer as the top NCO/Soldier for the Chemical Corps. The name Dragons Peak was given to the competition to signify that it is the highest stature a dragon soldier could attain. To achieve this status the soldier had to be recommended by his or her chain of command, endorsed by a Sergeant Major, and complete in several tasks including CTT, weapons qualification, APFT; and a written exam that covered basic knowledge that every chemical soldier should know. The Chemical Corps Regimental Association, in conjunction with the Regimental Command Sergeant Major had to make a decision about what would be the most fitting award to depict this honor. After much discussion is was decided that CSM retired George Murray best represents the Chemical Corps and the title of Soldier/NCO of the year. For this reason, the CCRA Commissioned an artist to create a bust of CSM Murray for the award.
